Aaron Agte and Trishul Patel

In this episode, Aaron and Trishul discuss the final domain of well-being; health. Both physical and mental. When choosing activities to better your physical health, you may be helping your mental health without even realizing it. It is normal to go through ebbs and flows where periods of healthy activities can sustain you through challenging times. In the end, it's not necessarily the drastic changes, but the little nudges over long periods that can have the biggest impact.
