The Mind Money Spectrum Podcast

#18. Why happiness is not the answer to your problems.

April 14, 2020 Aaron Agte and Trishul Patel Season 1 Episode 18
The Mind Money Spectrum Podcast
#18. Why happiness is not the answer to your problems.
Show Notes

In this episode, Aaron and Trishul discuss the distinction between happiness and meaning, and things get pretty philosophical. Both are essential components of well-being, but pursuing one at the expense of the other is not the recipe for a fulfilled life. Happiness and meaning may lie on opposite ends of a spectrum, and eschewing either may be unhealthy. Instead, you should try to discover your gray area between happiness and meaning to uncover purpose. Doing this will help you to find that balance between attaining peace with your current situation and the ambition to improve yourself or society.
