#19. Life doesn't need to begin at retirement. Here's why.
Show Notes

Studies show you will be better off by delaying gratification. But if you continually delay gratification without ever consuming, will you ever be happy? How do you find the balance between happiness and meaning? And when does it make sense to start spending your hard-earned savings? And do you need to wait until "retirement" to use your money for your happiness? Not necessarily. Make sure you are saving enough for the future first, THEN figure out how to enjoy your life along the way. The key is finding comfort in making sound decisions today that will benefit you in the future, even if you can't predict the future.
